Privacy

MacroArk stores the information needed to provide your private nutrition and weight tracking: account ownership, preferences, goals, foods, meals, logs, weight and body-measurement entries, steps, water, training and coaching history, and optional reminder settings.

We do not copy your Google email, profile image, or Google tokens into the application database. Optional browser push subscriptions are used only for reminders and can be disabled. If you create a Coach Share, its expiring capability link exposes only the selected point-in-time Analytics snapshot; it does not expose detailed foods, meals, or live account data.

You can download your application data or delete it from Settings. A deletion request disables normal MacroArk access while we complete the account and data removal. Until completion, we retain only the Clerk account ID and minimal retry metadata needed to finish that request. Provider services process only the data required to provide authentication, hosting, database, food-search, optional notification functionality, and AI estimation. AI estimate descriptions are sent to Google's Gemini API; under Gemini's free-tier terms, Google may retain and use submitted text to improve its models.

Do not include secrets, credentials, or sensitive medical information in support requests.
